As previously announced, Medeco is currently undergoing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transition to the JDE System.  Due to this significant changeover, call wait times and processing times may be extended until we complete converting to our new system.

Items sold through the Express program ship within 7 days of receipt of order and must be ordered using the unique Arrow Express Part Number.

New Master Key Bitting List Request Form

masterkeyTo provide better service to our customers, Medeco and Arrow Master Key Department has created a new dynamic PDF form for the request of master key system bittings.  This includes requests for pinning charts, key lists, matrices, as well as full systems.  

The form here, allows the user to complete and send the requests for bitting information conveniently online. Once the information is complete, by hitting the “Submit” button, the form is sent directly to bittings@medeco.com.

Previously, bitting requests were received via varied means: phone, fax, email. Having a standard process for requesting bittings will increase the ability to track and manage requests more efficiently, reducing lead times. 

 All requests for Master Key bittings are to be submitted using the new process effective immediately.  If you have any questions about the new form and process, please contact the Medeco and Arrow Master Key Dept at 800-839-3157.

emailWant to receive updates and information on question orders by email?  Medeco and Arrow now make it easy to Register and Update Email Addresses for both accounts.

Use the form here and attached in the header above to register email addresses and contact names for both Medeco and Arrow.  Once the information is complete, hit the “Submit” button to email the form to Customer Care via orders@medeco.com.

This registration is part of an initiative to move customer communications away from faxes, advancing primarily to phone and email. Having the proper email address on file will ensure prompt feedback on Question Orders and Expedite Requests.
